Since Pieter discovered ‘collaborative consumption’, thanks to Rachel Botman's TED talk, he’s committing all of his time to it. Pieter completed his master thesis research on the consumer potential of ‘collaborative consumption’ in August 2013. He co-founded shareNL, the national knowledge and network platform for the Dutch sharing economy. And he also founded Tuintjedelen, a Dutch garden-sharing platform. Pieter aims to invest half of his time in gathering knowledge, and the other half of his time in sharing his knowledge and experience through presentations, masterclasses and workshops. Current projects he’s working on are ‘Amsterdam Sharing City’, setting up a knowledge network and writing a business book about the sharing economy.

Da quando Pieter ha scoperto 'il consumo collaborativo', grazie alla conferenza TED di Rachel Botman, gli sta dedicando tutto il suo tempo. Pieter ha completato la su tesi di ricerca del master sul potenziale consumatore del 'consumo collaborativo' nell'agosto del 2013. E' co-fondatore di shareNL, la piattaforma nazionale di conoscenza e di rete per la sharing economy olandese. E ha anche fondato Tuintjedelen, una piattaforma olandese di orto condiviso (garden-sharing). Pieter mira a investire metà del suo tempo nella raccolta di conoscenze, e l'altra metà del suo tempo a condividere la sua conoscenza ed esperienza attraverso presentazioni, masterclass e workshop. I progetti in corso a cui sta lavorando sono 'Amsterdam Sharing City', la creazione di una rete di conoscenze e la scrittura di un libro sulla sharing economy.
