Marilette Van As

Marilette VAN AS is the Coordinator International Affairs of the DG for Digitalisation and Public Administration in the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations in the Netherlands. In this position she is the Dutch representative in various international networks, among which the European Public Administration Network, the EU Expert Group on Public Administration and Governance, and the OECD Public Governance Committee. Marilette has approx 20 years of experience in the Dutch civil service, both in the policy making and executionary branches of government. Areas of expertise include organisational reform, process and change management, customer satisfaction and service delivery optimisation. Before joining national government she has approx 10 years of experience in the private sector, in the field of marketing and business management.
